WSCUC invites companies and organizations that support and serve the higher education community to participate as a sponsor of ARC2024.

Sponsor booths will be located in a transformed ballroom where scheduled snack breaks, receptions, breakfast, and special events will take place. With ample tables, seating, free WiFi, and a bookstore, this is the perfect gathering place for attendees to network, exchange information, and visit sponsor booths.

Having vendors onsite to provide information and demonstrations of the services and products they offer is a major benefit for all our accredited institutions and the students they serve.

WSCUC ARC2024 sponsorship opportunities can be designed to suit your organization’s budget and serve your target audience. The conference attracts a rich mix of top administrators, faculty, student affairs personnel, institutional researchers, and others. Organizations that can address the needs of conference attendees are ideal sponsors of the WSCUC ARC.

Exhibit space is limited. Less than 25 sponsorships are available and they will be sold on a first come, first reserved basis. If you are interested in participating, we recommend early registration.
