Opening Reception, Networking & Exhibits - 6 p.m.

Join your colleagues, sponsors, and WSCUC staff at this reception welcoming you to the 2024 WSCUC Accreditation Resource Conference. (Hors d’oeuvres will be served; cash bar) Attendees can walk the exhibit floor and learn how the products and services offered by ARC2024 sponsors can support your work.

Unofficial Afterparty - 8 p.m.

ARC2024 attendees are invited to an unofficial afterparty at The Shout House, one of San Diego’s best live music venues just a 12-minute walk from the hotel! Laugh, sing and shout the night away with a high-energy show featuring a dueling grand piano performance, dancing, comedy and sing-along. Doors open at 7 p.m., show starts at 8 p.m. $10 cover fee. Table reservations are highly recommended.

Networking Breakfast - 7:30 a.m.

Start your day with coffee and connection! Connect with colleagues old and new over a delicious breakfast spread.

Poster Sessions, Networking & Sponsor Reception - 5:15 p.m.

Join your colleagues for drinks and appetizers, browse the poster sessions, meet with the presenters, and end your evening with even more ideas to take back to your institution. Walk the exhibit floor and learn how the products and services offered by ARC2024 sponsors can support your work. Hors d’oeuvres will be served; cash bar

S'mores & Socialize - 7:15 p.m.

Calling all ARC2024 attendees with a sweet tooth! Grab a s’mores kit at the marketplace in the lobby (we’ll also have some on hand) and join colleagues at 7:15 p.m. at the outdoor firepit on the pool deck of the fourth floor for a night of sweets and socializing.
