Dr. Alana Olschwang holds a PhD in Education from Claremont Graduate University, where her research focused on centering students in studies to advance equity in student success, belonging, and engagement. As a Vice President for Strategy& Innovation at Front Range Community College, she is a leader in identifying opportunities and catalyzing improvement efforts. By working across the institution, she has advanced assessment planning and coordination, equity-centered evaluation, workforce development, data systems modernization, and evidence-based decision making. She has served on four WSCUC review committees.
