In today’s rapidly changing economic landscape, workforce development must be a collaborative and responsive process, addressing local needs while fostering equitable access to career opportunities. Our four-part conceptual framework provides a blueprint for creating high-impact workforce development pathways by uniting key stakeholders, including universities, private employers, nonprofit organizations, and workforce development agencies.
