This session aims to explore the critical role of project and process management in effectively implementing strategic plans. By focusing on the responsibilities of stakeholders with clear roles and accountability, a team of project managers has moved forward each pillar of the strategic plan to keep progress on time and with impactful outcomes. The coordination and engagement ensured participation so that all voices were heard and valued. The team engaged effective use of institutional data, to support environmental scans, level-set baseline and benchmark needs, and set goals. The session will introduce attendees to the tools and insights needed to foster the foundations for successful strategic initiative planning and implementation.
