Hadassah Yang has been with University of Massachusetts Global since 2011. She currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of Institutional Research and Data Strategy and ALO. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, distance education and competency-based education learning models, regulatory compliance, and program market research and intelligence. In addition to this work, she serves as a member of WSCUC’s Eligibility Review Committee. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Irvine (UCI) and her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn).
