Bio

Dr. Amie Muldong currently teaches Cultural Pluralism, Lifespan Psychology, and Introduction to Psychology at the Ontario campus. She has taught both online and on-ground courses. She has been the Co-lead of the Cultural Pluralism Learning community since 2013. In addition, she went to Oxford, England, for a 2.5-week global health experience with students. She taught a class and interacted with students selected to gain experience in general education in the summer of 2013.
Dr. Muldong has presented at several local and national conferences- three WASC Regional Conferences, three WCU Academic Conferences, and one for The Society of Teaching Psychology, American Psychological Association Division 2.
Dr. Muldong has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, a Master of Arts in Educational Management, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership.
She has obtained CECU Certifications for Higher Education Professional (CHEP) for both Excellence in Teaching and Excellence in Online Teaching and CHEP on Leadership.
She is a lifelong learner; she seeks out faculty development opportunities to learn more and then subsequently applies what she has learned to her students.
