Description
Today, educators must utilize culturally responsive strategies within their pedagogy. As the population of students becomes more diverse, all instructors must understand and implement strategies that address the needs of all students. All student voices should be heard and represented in the classrooms. The presentation allows participants to understand what culturally responsive teaching entails, why it is necessary, and how to apply specific cultural response strategies within the course content, instructional pedagogy, and assessments.
