We will discuss the process pre-COVID, the modifications made during COVID, and what we are currently doing to maintain and improve an important component of assuring program quality.

Building Faculty Capacity in Program Review
Presentation 3 Description

Cal Poly Pomona recently updated its academic program review process to engage faculty in meaningful data-informed and evidence-based change. Two key structural changes were made – establishing a faculty-led Program Review Committee and creating a Faculty Fellow for Program Review – to build faculty capacity more intentionally. This session highlights their development and implementation, and how faculty are committing to continually improving this process as we emerge from the initial phase of this new effort.
