Jocelyn Chong has led the Office of Assessment and Program Review at Cal Poly Pomona since 2019, spearheading key changes in the way assessment and program review are integrated more meaningfully. She has 25 years of higher education experience, most recently directing US Department of Education Title V grants at Hispanic-Serving Institutions. Jocelyn’s professional portfolio also includes experience in student affairs, institutional research, grant writing, and grants management. She has also served as adjunct faculty teaching research and career counseling courses in Education and Psychology. Jocelyn is currently participating in WSCUC’s Accreditation Leadership Academy Cohort 13.
