Jocelyn Chong has led the Office of Assessment and Program Review at Cal Poly Pomona since 2019, spearheading key changes in the way assessment and program review are integrated more meaningfully. Jocelyn’s professional portfolio includes experience in student affairs, institutional research, grant-writing, and federal grants management. She has also served as adjunct faculty teaching research and career counseling courses in Education and Psychology. Jocelyn earned her PhD from Claremont Graduate University, MS from Iowa State University, and AB and BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also a graduate of WSCUC’s Accreditation Leadership Academy Cohort 13.
