Regina earned a Ph.D. in Business from the University of Miami. She has served as a faculty member for 8 years, then as an academic administrator in various roles for 22 years, at California State University San Marcos. Currently, Regina is the Dean of Academic Advising and Academic Programs. In this position, she is responsible for the university’s catalog, curriculum processes, assessment, academic program review, and accreditation (serving as the WSCUC Accreditation Liaison Officer). In addition, she oversees all undergraduate academic advising.
