Jen Hirashiki is currently the Assistant Director for Shared Governance and Undergraduate Education Initiatives in UCLA’s Division of Undergraduate Education. Jen has over 20 years of experience working in public, private, and for-profit educational institutions in the US and abroad, in various capacities including learning outcomes assessment, program review, shared governance, teaching, and curriculum development. She currently works closely with colleagues across campus to support the review of various curricular and policy initiatives. Jen earned her bachelor’s degree in French Literature from Ohio University and her MA TESOL degree from Azusa Pacific University.
