Mr. Bill Chang currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Officer at California State University, Dominguez Hills. His portfolio includes the role of Innovation Officer, the new esports program, and responsible for the strategic plans of the Division of Information Technology. He collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of support and services that further the vision, mission, and values of the University.
Before joining California State University Dominguez Hills, Mr. Chang served in information technology leadership positions at California State University Los Angeles and the California State University Chancellor’s Office.  Prior to higher education, he worked at several large corporations, such as, Disney, Oracle, Northrup Grumman, and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
