With over 25 years of experience in higher education and professional design practice, Natalia Worden has held faculty and administrative roles in diverse settings and led key academic initiatives including curriculum development, new program launch, and programatic accreditation. As Chief Academic Officer at Design Institute of San Diego, she oversees strategy and program quality, working closely with faculty and administrative leadership to drive continuous improvement and alignment with institutional goals.
Natalia is an active contributor to professional and educational communities as a speaker, juror, and board member. She has presented on quality assurance, program review, and assessment at academic conferences and workshops. A recognized leader in the field, she has received multiple honors from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) for her contributions to education and the advancement of the profession.
