How does a program or an institution leverage assessment data to improve educational effectiveness and inform curriculum development and planning? In this session, we will share our approach to synthesizing the results of different assessment methods to inform curriculum development and co-curricular programming. By considering students’ perceptions of their own learning alongside faculty and employer evaluations of their learning, faculty and administrators can determine where the curriculum needs to be adjusted and where co-curricular opportunities can best support student success. We will share our process for aligning assessment instruments, analyzing data, and using results to inform decision-making.
