Success After Graduation: What’s a School to Measure?
Description

How can institutions monitor and analyze the outcomes of their students following graduation and use the results for improvement, as required by the new CFR 2.11? This session will share one approach to collecting, analyzing, and using data on graduate outcomes including placement rates, default rates, and employer satisfaction. Established methodologies exist for reporting job placement, salary, and student loan repayment data, supporting external benchmarking. These data can be combined with feedback from alumni and employers to develop a holistic picture of graduate success, inform programmatic and institutional planning and decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
