I am Professor of Economics at USIU (2005-Present), I served as ALO leading change from letter of concern to 8 year accreditation; served as director and then Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor Research for 10 years; chaired GE program review that radically transformed the program to current structure; and strongly involved in grant funded research and consultancies.

Previously served as Senior Research Associate with the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the University of South Florida (2001-2004) primarily carrying out Transportation Demand Management research and managing and managing the Florida State TDM certificate program and the National TDM Clearinghouse.

Prior to that, I served as a Senior Transportation Planner in Portland Oregon, (1991-2002), and taught part time and full time at Portland State University in Oregon (1985-2001), where I also served on the team overhauled the GE program and also served on a tour of duty in the new GE program for 6 years.
