Mia Kim received obtained a PhD in Quantitative psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology. She has been teaching the following courses at Vanguard University of Southern California & Bethesda University of California since 2011: Introduction to statistical methods, Provability & statistics, Mathematics for business, College Mathematics, Introduction to statics, Principles of Academic Writing, Research & writing, and Research design. Prior to her academic career, she was an Army Major of the Republic of Korea. Currently, she serves as Women’s Vice President of The Korean Veterans Association in South Western Region of the U.S.A. and General Secretary of Korean Veterans Military Christian Fellowship in Southern California. Also she currently serves the Huntington Beach Korean Church with her husband who is a pastor and church planter in North American Mission Board.
