Dr. Consten earned her Doctorate in Business Administration at Westcliff University. She holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Dr. Consten is currently the Associate Dean for the College of Education at Westcliff University. With more than 25 years of education experience, Dr. Consten enjoys collaborating with industry experts to deepen learning, foster innovation, and transform leadership.
