Dr. Matthew Hubbs is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Institutional Effectiveness and the Accreditation Liaison Officer. He oversees initiatives aimed at expanding the university’s local and global presence through new programs, new locations, and new strategies for student success. As Accreditation Liaison Officer, Dr. Hubbs is responsible for the preparation and submission of reports to the University’s institutional accreditor, WSCUC. He leads the University’s strategic planning process and oversaw the University’s acquisition of Western State College of Law.
