Dr. Lesher has over 30 years of experience working in the field of higher education. This experience includes classroom teaching, operations management, student services, assessment, academic affairs, educational compliance, curriculum development and educational consulting. Over her years in higher education, she has served in roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Provost, Director of Assessment, Academic Dean and Faculty. She has also helped numerous schools gain and maintain accreditation and comply with state regulations. She has a passion for accreditation and regularly serves as an evaluator for the Distance Education and Training Council and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). She is also an active member of the WASC Substantive Change Committee. Dr. Lesher received a B.A. in English from San Diego State University, a M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a PhD in Higher Education Administration: Educational Leadership from Liberty University. She is also a graduate of the WASC Assessment Leadership Academy.
