External stakeholders (e.g. employers, partners, community leaders) are valuable contributors to program assessment and review processes. Institutions need creative strategies to effectively engage stakeholders in assessment processes given the current environment of remote interactions, the need for flexibility, and an ever-growing list of responsibilities. In this session, facilitators will engage attendees in approaches to identify stakeholders and motivate them to participate, craft effective questions, and analyze responses that lead to actions that benefit students.
