Dr. Charles Ware has worked in higher education and learning for more than two decades spending his time in academic administration overseeing academic services, curriculum programming, and managing residential programs and distance education divisions in colleges and universities. Dr. Ware has distinguished himself as a leading professional in the field of Health Education and Educational Psychology and has a strong working background in both quantitative and qualitative educational research, particularly in the field of educative assessment and student-centered curriculum development. In addition to his work at California Northstate University-College of Medicine as the Director of Academic Services, planning and coordinating academic support service for students, Dr. Ware is also an El Dorado County Board of Education Trustee and an Associate Faculty member with the United States Sports Academy.
