Paul R. Hottinger serves as an associate librarian in the Research and Instruction Services unit at the Cal Poly Pomona University Library. In his role, he acts as the subject liaison for the College of Engineering and chairs the University Library department. He educates students on information literacy and emphasizes the importance of ethical information use. His research interests include first-year students, the sense of belonging, and the fearless classroom model.
