Dr. William Roesner has over a decade of teaching and leadership experience across higher education and K–12 settings. He has taught a wide range of courses, including study skills, business, human resource administration, and educational leadership, at Southern New Hampshire University and Westcliff University. His research focuses on educational leadership and student perceptions of success, with an emphasis on enhancing learning outcomes.
He currently serves as the Director of Academic Operations at Westcliff University, where he manages nearly 400 faculty and leads initiatives to strengthen faculty engagement, streamline academic processes, and support compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. Dr. Roesner oversees faculty development and recognition programs such as CORE Team Leads, CORE Mentors, and PRO-CORE Faculty, as well as the daily operations of Westcliff’s academic programs. His work ensures that faculty have the tools and support to focus on student success.
