Dr. Aldwin Domingo earned his doctorate in Cognitive and Biological Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2005, and he has over 20 years of experience in higher education. He had a wide range of teaching experiences in community college settings and graduate schools in clinical psychology. He also has over 10 years of experience as a School Director in Psychology for Touro University Worldwide (TUW) and the Associate Provost for the last 4 years.  In his role as the Associate Provost for TUW, he assists in a variety of areas within the Office of Academic Affairs including accreditation and leads the TUW Quality Assurance team. His scholarly research ranges from examining the impact of college student characteristics’ upon their academic self-efficacy to examining the influence of culturally responsive leadership traits on teachers’ intention to leave and job satisfaction.
