Dr. George Hanshaw serves as the Director of the Digital Learning Solutions (DLS) team at Los Angeles Pacific University and leads the Center for Artificial Intelligence & Innovation in Learning. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education and organizational learning, he focuses on integrating data-driven insights and artificial intelligence into course and program design. His leadership has resulted in scalable, research-based learning solutions that improve equity, engagement, and performance. Hanshaw’s work includes implementing AI-powered course assistants, conducting randomized control trials on AI’s impact in online learning, and helping organizations transform through data-informed strategies. A frequent presenter and author, he collaborates with institutions and companies to explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance learning, foster innovation, and drive meaningful outcomes.
