She led $1.5 billion in global AI and cybersecurity portfolios at Bloomberg, Chubb, and Mastercard—launching 50+ products and partnerships across fintech, regulators, and academia. In the public sector, she founded New York’s first AI Cyber Lab and became the nation’s first Chief Academic AI Officer at CUNY. Now at the University of Hawai‘i, she’s architecting the frameworks that unify AI, governance, and technology to build a future-ready Pacific workforce.
