Dr. Radha Aravamudhan is a lecturer and academic advisor in the Aerospace Engineering Department at San José State University. She also serves as the College of Engineering's assessment coordinator. Her teaching and research focus on equity-driven pedagogy, culturally responsive teaching, and inclusive practices that improve retention and success for students.
Dr. Aravamudhan holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and an M.S. in Engineering from San Jose State University and a B.S in Chemical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India. She is committed to improving academic outcomes for first-generation and underrepresented students through equitable instructional design, interdisciplinary collaboration, and reflective teaching practices.
