Christine Poindexter-Harris, Ph.D. is a higher education leader committed to turning institutional mission into measurable impact. With over two decades of experience in the non-profit education sector, she currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Accreditation, Assessment, & Regulation at The Community Solution Education System, and as Interim Associate Dean of the College of Social Sciences at Saybrook University.
Christine partners with faculty to build meaningful assessment practices, develop valid measures of student learning, and guide data-informed strategies for continuous improvement and accreditation reporting. Her work reflects a deep belief that educator engagement is essential to improving student outcomes and fostering dynamic learning environments.
She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, where her research focused on academic achievement motivation, self-regulation, and teacher self-efficacy. Christine remains dedicated to advancing inclusive, evidence-based educational practices that empower both educators and learners.
