In an effort to identify competencies that ensure workforce readiness with AI among university graduates, we used a triangulation review approach that focused on existing university program elements, industry reports, and published literature about technological shifts. The review attempted to answer, "What universal competencies are required for all graduates to maintain agency, ethics, and productivity in an AI-integrated workforce?" Findings and future directions will be shared via poster discussion.
