In September 2024, the Loma Linda University Faculty Council hosted a colloquium designed to explore strategic opportunities through a novel Think Tank approach. Faculty from eight schools and the library engaged in structured, AI-supported discussions and presentations. Data collection spanned all phases of the event. Central themes included faculty recruitment/retention and faculty well-being. Results underscore the value of faculty-administration collaboration in shaping institutional strategy and highlight this approach as a replicable framework for sustained collaboration.
