Hailey Caraballo is a Principal Project Policy Analyst in the Division of Undergraduate Education at UC San Diego, where she leads initiatives focused on program review, assessment, and accreditation. With expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement, Hailey plays a key role in advancing institutional goals by streamlining processes and promoting continuous improvement. She is passionate about addressing equity gaps and enhancing institutional effectiveness. Currently, she is developing a centralized Office for Program Review, Assessment, and Accreditation (OPRAA).
