This session will focus on the challenges and opportunities of aligning initiatives, engaging faculty, and coordinating review and reporting cycles. Centralizing these efforts through an Office for Program Review, Assessment, and Accreditation (OPRAA) offers an opportunity to create a unified narrative that helps departments and faculty see connections across initiatives, and understand how their work aligns with broader institutional goals. The presentation will share best practices for centralization, explore the complexities of managing and aligning diverse cycles, and offer strategies for increasing faculty engagement and cultivating cross-departmental collaboration.
