Milla Zlatanova is Executive Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at California Health Science University (CHSU). She has 23 years of experience in Higher Education in the areas of institutional research and effectiveness, assessment, program review, quality assurance, strategic planning, and accreditation. Prior to CHSU, she has been leading the office of Institutional Research, Effectiveness and QA at University of Silicon Valley (2006-2023). She has background in electronics engineering, programming, project and data management, data analysis, graphic design, and teaching. Milla holds a MSEE degree from Technical University, (Sofia, Bulgaria) and professional certificates in Networking and Data Management from UCSC. She is a member of AIR, CAIR, participant in numerous WSCUC workshops and co-presenter at couple of ARCs.
