Dale Grubb serves as the Associate Provost for Academic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness at Cal State Monterey Bay. He is the senior administrator in the areas of academic planning and assessment, regional accreditation, campus-wide program review, policy development, institutional assessment and research, and campus strategic planning. Dr. Grubb earned his B.A. in psychology from The College of Wooster, and his M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology from The Ohio State University. Prior to his role at Cal State Monterey Bay, Dr. Grubb was a professor of psychology at Baldwin Wallace University where he also held positions in service to student success as the Director for Academic Assessment, the Associate Dean for the School of Social Sciences, and Assistant to the President.
