Eric is the Chief Executive for the National Center for the Apprenticeship Degree through Reach University and will serve as lead partner on this project. Eric leads NCAD’s Technical Assistance engagement with Intermediaries, Colleges, Industry, Community Organizations, K-12, and State/Federal agencies. Eric has 20 years of experience creating innovative program models for higher education and employers. Prior to Reach, Eric served as the Vice President for Workforce and Economic Development at Arapahoe Community College (ACC) and prior to ACC served as the Coastal Regional Director for Outreach and Engagement for Oregon State University.
