Dr. Krystal Rawls holds a PhD in Education from Claremont Graduate University, where her research focused on faculty diversification and organizational readiness for change in higher education. She is the Designer and Director of the CSUDH Workforce Integration Network (CSUDHWIN), an initiative that bridges the digital divide and promotes workforce readiness for underserved communities. Supported by a $5.3 million grant from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, Dr. Rawls leads efforts in digital literacy training, technology access, and workforce development across Los Angeles County.
