Matt Dischinger serves as Assistant Director for Client Service Delivery at the NISS, where he works with partner campuses to identify and remove barriers to student success. He also manages the Diagnostic and Playbook process that is used by a team of coaches at the NISS to deliver consulting services to institutions across the nation. He began his career as a faculty member, first as a postdoc at the Georgia Institute of Technology School of Literature, Media, and Communication and later in the Department of English at Georgia State University. A graduate of Auburn University's journalism program, he holds a doctorate in English from Louisiana State University.
