Ella Aviananda Frazer, MA, is the Director of Accreditation and Assessment and ALO at San Francisco Bay University in Fremont, CA. Ella completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Puget Sound and holds a Master’s in Human Rights Education from the University of San Francisco. Their research focuses on curriculum design and assessment approaches for multicultural learning communities. In their free time, Ella enjoys exploring San Francisco (the best city in the world).
