Aditi Kar serves as the data analytics expert of institutional data and supports the NISS with holistic management of data received from partner institutions. She collaborates closely with clients to better understand analytical needs and identify patterns, trends, and areas for enhancement, enabling evidence-based decision-making insights. This data-centric approach empowers institutions to devise proactive strategies, implement targeted interventions, and enhance student outcomes throughout their academic journey. Prior to her role at the NISS, Aditi worked in various positions at the University of Georgia and Georgia State University that dealt with institutional outreach and student records at the granular level.
