Hailey Yaffee (MFA in Dance, Saint Mary’s College of California) is the Director of Enterprise Applications at Saint Mary’s College of California. She leads a team managing the college’s enterprise systems, including Ellucian Colleague and reporting tools, while driving major initiatives to enhance technology and cross-department collaborations. Hailey co-leads the Data Governance Committee with the Vice Provost for Institutional and Educational Effectiveness, focusing on the strategic utilization of institutional data to support informed decision-making. Her background in the performing arts strengthens her communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical teams across campus.
