Dr. Amanda Veldorale-Griffin (she/they) has a PhD in Family and Child Sciences from The Florida State University. She is a Professor of Marriage and Family Sciences at National University. They are also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Oregon and an AAMFT approved supervisor. She specializes in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, especially transgender folx and their families, and conducts research in the area of transgender families and LGBTQIA+ mental healthcare. In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano, singing, and gaming with friends and family.
