Dr. Sarah Coté holds a Doctorate in Education from CSU Northridge; as a research analyst at a community college and a lecturer at CSU Dominguez Hills, she has focused on increasing equity both at the classroom and institution-level. Her dissertation focused on equity-focused professional development at a community college. Her day-to-day work focuses on strategic planning and assessment, working with faculty and administrators on measuring and reporting campus initiatives, improvement efforts, and student outcomes.  She has presented her work at the American Anthropological Association Society for Applied Anthropology and the American Evaluation Association.
