Bio
Melissa Simnitt earned an MA in Education from Vanguard University of Southern California. She has been involved in education for twenty-eight years; twelve as a K-12 teacher, and sixteen in higher education. Currently, Melissa serves as the Senior Strategic Specialist for Assessment and Accreditation at CSU San Marcos where she steers campus-wide assessment activities, navigates through a variety of accreditation efforts, and works with faculty on pedagogical, curriculum, and program development.
