This poster presentation will exhibit the WSCUC Accreditation Leadership Academy (ALA) Cohort 14 individual project, which is developing a program review monitoring/tracking system at the Western University of Health Sciences. Although it is still at a work-in-progress stage, I will engage attendees in an interactive discussion on methodology, current action, future steps, and possible ways to contribute to institutional effectiveness through this project outcome.
