Our symposium addresses the challenge of supporting "stop-out" students returning to complete their undergraduate degrees by examining the collaborative efforts behind UC Davis's Degree Completion initiative. We highlight how faculty, administrators, and advisors worked together to create tailored business writing courses, leveraging innovative advising models and pre-enrollment training. Attendees will learn actionable strategies for building cross-campus partnerships and developing curriculum that meets the unique needs of returning students, offering insights for implementing similar initiatives to support student success at their institutions.
