Dr. Knab is the Senior Advisor and Accreditation Liasson Officer for the New Jersey Center of Teaching and Learning (NJCTL), a NJ licensed institution of higher education. She is responsible for programmatic and institutional accreditation, including acting as liaison to accreditation agencies. Rosemary also works with the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher and New Jersey Department of Education on approval of NJCTL teacher certification programs and graduate degree programs.
Dr. Knab has a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, with specialization in Measurement and Evaluation Techniques in Educational Research and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
