Jess Van Winkle has been engaged in student development since her time as a student at Vanguard University ('20). Now serving as the Assistant Director of Student Development and Success she pursues equity and whole person care initiatives for current and future students. Jess oversees the Living Well Community Resource Center, which provides community members with the resources to tackle food, financial, technology, housing, and transportation insecurities. Additionally, she works to uphold an inclusive hiring process, training, and development program for our 80+ student leader positions on campus. She received a BA in Theology: Intercultural Studies and an MA in International Community Development from Northwest University.
