Judith Mathers Maloney is a higher education curriculum innovator and legal subject matter expert with a background in serving non-traditional and diverse learners. She is a collaborator committed to access and excellence with a strong sense of compassion and justice. Mathers Maloney’s experience in higher education ranges from acting as the Director of Curriculum for the College of Law and Public Service to instructing students 1:1, lecturing class-based cohorts, and teaching courses in graduate universities. At present, she serves as the Associate Dean of the JFK School of Law at National University and remains part of its faculty. Prior to entering academia, as a licensed attorney, Mathers Maloney was general counsel for a labor union, an arbitrator, and maintained a select solo practice concentrating on civil litigation, transactional law, and conflict resolution.
